This is the wiki for Dedric Mauriac's team to plan out events and help each other get ideas to raise money for the Relay for Life within Second Life. More information about how your donation helps is available on this site.
Instructions
1 If you haven't done so already, register for a pbwiki account. The invitation code to gain edit privledges for this site is "fightback".
2 Put your Second Life avatar name up on the Team Members page along with some skills that you would like to use in second life. You need to decide if you want to be a team member, or a team supporter. Members have the privledge of building the actual walk-a-thon campsite, and are registered with the Second Life Relay for Life website (limit 15 max). For all other aspects of this team, supporters share the same roles as members.
3 Help us get some ideas vote for a Team Name. Voting is in progress! Please IM Dedric Mauriac with 3 choices of a team name in the order you would prefer ASAP! Voting is done and we are now officially known as "Take THAT, cancer!
4 We need to do brainstorming for Event Ideas. We'll plan the events later. For now, we need to brainstorm to get a lot of ideas (no matter how crazy). Help out by suggesting ways to raise funds, awareness, and simply having fun.
5 We need to do some brainstorming for Cancer Education. You can contribute by adding a simple fact, a multiple choice question and answer quiz, or any other ideas.
